Classic Hamburger Hash
This Classic Hamburger Hash is a true one-pan comfort meal—like all the best parts of a cheeseburger turned into a hearty skillet dish. Tender potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheddar come together for a budget-friendly dinner that’s simple, filling, and packed with flavor. Pre-cooking the potatoes helps them stay soft inside while crisping up nicely in the pan.

Step 2: Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion and garlic until the meat is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.
Step 3: Crisp and Season
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked potatoes and olive oil, then cook for a few minutes until the potatoes begin to brown and crisp on the edges.
Step 4: Add Cheese
Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring gently until melted and combined.
Step 5: Serve
Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions or parsley for a fresh finish.
