Soufflé

  • Recipe for 4 Soufflés: –
  • 150g butter, – 100g dark chocolate, – 4 eggs, – 50g sugar, – a tablespoon of powdered sugar, – a tablespoon of flour, – a tablespoon of cocoa, – a pinch of salt to taste. Instructions: 1. Place the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat slowly. Once melted and combined, remove from heat. 2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place them in separate bowls. Add the granulated sugar to the whites, beating with a mixer for 10 minutes.
    3. Add powdered sugar to the egg yolks and beat well, then add the mixture prepared with butter and dark chocolate, which should be cooled so that it is not too hot. 4. After mixing well, add the flour and cocoa and mix again, then add this mixture to the beaten egg whites and mix with a wire whisk or spatula without losing volume. 5. First grease the small dishes where we will bake the Soufflé with butter, then sprinkle sugar on all sides and fill them with the prepared mixture. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200*C for about 10-12 minutes. 7. Enjoy them warm alone or on a plate accompanied by fruit and ice cream. I paired one of them with grapefruit and marmalade, which made for a fantastic and extremely tasty combination. Good luck if you decide to make them!
