Brunch but make it healthy

Brunch for today was toast with natural tomato sauce, homemade mozzarella and eggs as well as sweet toast with strawberry jam and chia seeds and peanut butter🍳🥜

There is no need for the dishes to be boring during the regime because we have different possibilities and varieties of healthy foods that can be cooked in such a way that we will enjoy them a lot and once again achieve our goal! The first thing I do when I start ‘fasting’ and the regime in food is to first clean the liver of toxins and fat that surrounds it from the outside! For this, I used celery juice that I used to buy the whole plant and extract the juice in a blender, then draining it, but now I make it easier for myself by buying it ready-made. Dissolve 1/3 of the bottle you see in the video in a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes before the first meal!

Mozzarella recipe: – 2.5L high-fat cow’s milk, – 100ml of ordinary white vinegar. Strawberry jam recipe with chia seeds: – about 1 kg of strawberries from the freezer, they can also be fresh, but now is not their time, – 100g light brown sugar, – 5 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pickled toast: – a slice of bread toasted in olive oil (I used gluten free bread from rice), – tomato sauce from @dyqanibio, – fresh mozzarella, – a sprinkling in the eyes (a little Himalayan salt and black pepper on top). Sweet toast: – a slice of bread toasted in olive oil, – peanut butter, – strawberry jam with chia seeds.

Instructions: Put the milk on high heat and once it reaches a temperature of 45-50*C, remove it and add the white vinegar little by little, stirring continuously until the cheese separates from the whey. We put the cheese in a deep dish with hot buttermilk and extend it by putting it in the buttermilk from time to time and giving it the shape of a ball. Then put it in cold water with a little ice for 5 minutes, then put it in a glass jar, adding some cold whey and salt and store it in the refrigerator. Put the strawberries and brown sugar in a saucepan and put it on medium heat until it starts to boil and the strawberries are crushed. Then we throw in the chia and black seeds for another 20 minutes. Let it cool before filling the jars. We store the jars in the refrigerator! Good luck!
