When these came out of the oven, my hubby couldn’t help but eat all 6 of his own!
These low-carb cheesy onion ring chips are a delicious and crispy snack that’s perfect for satisfying your cravings. Made with almond flour and topped with melted cheese, they’re a healthier alternative to traditional onion rings.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 - Arrange on baking sheet: Place the coated onion discs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each disc.
 - Add cheese: Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over each disc.
 - Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
 - Cool and serve: Allow the onion ring chips to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the baking sheet with a spatula.
