Instructions:
Preparing the Cake:

Preheat and Prepare (5 minutes): - Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease a 13×9 inch baking pan and set it aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients (3 minutes): - In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the vegetable oil and sugar, and stir until well blended.

Combine Dry Ingredients (2 minutes): - Gradually add the self-rising flour to the wet mixture, stirring until just incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.

Add Fruit and Nuts (2 minutes): - Fold in the chopped apples, chopped pecans, and ground cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Bake the Cake (1 hour, 10 minutes): - Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the cake starts to pull away from the edges of the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
