How To Make Oven Baked Cheesy Corn and Spinach Casserole

  1. Prep Oven & Dish: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter.
  2. Mix Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Stir in the corn kernels, fresh spinach leaves, and half of the shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour & Top: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese over the top.
