Ingredients:

Whole corn kernels, rinsed and drained 2 (15 oz.) cans
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups
Fritos or corn chips 1 (10.25 oz.) bag
Green pepper, seeds removed, diced 1
Red onion, diced 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Lime juice 1 tablespoon
Taco seasoning 1 tablespoon
Fritos or corn chips (for garnish) As needed

Instructions:
