This decadent dessert combines the creamy richness of a sweet base with the tangy sweetness of strawberries and the indulgence of chocolate. It’s a perfect treat for any occasion.
Ingredients:

| Table cream | 2 packs (approx. 200g each) | 
| Milk powder | 240 ml | 
| Whole milk | 200 ml | 
| Strawberries | 300g (very ripe) | 
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 200g | 
| Chocolate sprinkles | To taste | 
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Cream:
- Combine condensed milk, table cream, milk powder, and whole milk in a saucepan.
 - Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
 - Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash and cut strawberries into small pieces. Reserve 100g for garnish.
 
 - 
Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
 
 - 
Assemble the Dessert:
- Combine chopped strawberries with melted chocolate.
 - Spread chilled cream in a serving dish.
 - Pour strawberry chocolate mixture over the cream.
 
 - 
Garnish and Chill:
- Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and garnish with reserved strawberries.
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
