Instructions:
- Prepare lobster tails: Thaw frozen tails overnight. Cut down the center of the top shell and gently remove the meat.
 - Marinate: Combine buttermilk, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic in a bowl. Marinate lobster tails for at least 30 minutes.
 - Prepare batter: Mix flour, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
