Sweet Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza
This Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza is a quick, irresistible dessert made with refrigerated dough for a flaky, buttery crust. Think of it as a giant cinnamon roll… but in pizza form!
Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza
Ingredients
For the Pizza
- Refrigerated crescent roll dough – 2 cans (8 oz each)
- Unsalted butter, melted – ¼ cup
- Granulated sugar – ½ cup
- Ground cinnamon – 2 tbsp
For the Glaze
- Powdered sugar – ½ cup
- Milk – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp
How to Make Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza
Step 1: Prep Oven and Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Open the crescent roll dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on a large pizza pan, points facing inward.
Step 2: Form the Crust
Overlap the edges slightly and press the seams together to create one solid, circular crust.
Step 3: Add Cinnamon-Sugar
Brush the melted butter over the entire dough. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is puffed and golden brown.
Step 5: Prepare the Glaze
While the pizza bakes, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add a few extra drops of milk if the glaze is too thick.
Step 6: Glaze and Serve
Drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza immediately. Slice into wedges and serve right away for the best texture.
