Snowball Bites in the Slow Cooker
These simple, no-bake goodies use the slow cooker to gently melt the white chocolate, which is then combined with nuts, coconut, and crispy rice cereal to form crunchy, festive clusters.
Ingredients:
| INGREDIENTS | AMOUNT |
|---|---|
| White chocolate chips | 2 bags (12 oz) |
| Slivered almonds | 1 cup |
| Shredded coconut | 1 ½ cups |
| Rice Krispie cereal | 1 ½ cups |
How To Make Slow Cooker Snowballs:
Step 1: Melt the Chocolate
Place both bags of white chocolate chips into the slow cooker and set it to LOW. Let them warm for 30 minutes, stir, then cook an additional 15–20 minutes until completely melted and silky.
Step 2: Combine Everything
Stir in the slivered almonds, shredded coconut, and rice cereal. Mix well so the white chocolate coats every piece.
Step 3: Form the Clusters
Keep the slow cooker on LOW while scooping to maintain a smooth texture. Use a greased cookie scoop to drop portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or board.
Step 4: Let Them Set
Allow the snowballs to cool and firm up (refrigerating them helps speed things along). Once hardened, transfer them to an airtight container for storage.
