Sloppy Joe Casserole
Sloppy Joe Casserole
The first time I made this dish, I was blown away by how delicious it turned out. Hearty, cheesy, and comforting, it’s the kind of recipe that quickly becomes a family favorite. You can easily swap ground beef for ground turkey or use whole wheat pasta for a lighter version.
It’s simple enough for busy weeknights, yet satisfying enough that leftovers are just as exciting the next day. My family loved it so much, it’s now a repeat in our kitchen.
