Cooking instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
 - Prepare Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, add flour, stir until golden. Slowly pour in milk, simmer until thick. Remove from heat, add salt, grated cheddar, and cayenne (if using). Stir until smooth.
