| Bisquick or self-rising flour | 1 1/2 cups | 
| Garlic powder (optional) | 1 teaspoon | 
| Onion powder (optional) | 1/2 teaspoon |

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
