| Italian breadcrumbs | 1 cup | 
| Large egg | 1 | 
| Sharp cheddar cheese, grated | 1 1/2 cups | 
| Bacon, cooked and crumbled (or bacon bits) | 1/3 cup | 
| Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper | To taste | 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the meatloaf mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
