Oven Baked Potato Chips Crispy and easy to make! And definitely healthier than the store-bought ☺️ INGREDIENTS • 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and washed • 2 tbsp olive oil • Salt and pepper to taste • paprika, garlic powder, herbs, etc. Recipe: • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). • Slice the washed potatoes into thin, even rounds. • Place the potato slices into a bowl and add water. Soak them in water for about 10 minutes. Then drain the slices and pat them dry with a paper towel. • Place the slices into a bowl, drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. • Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. • Bake for about 15-20 minutes, then flip them over using tongs or a spatula. Continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the potato slices are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them during the last few minutes to prevent over-browning. • Once the potato chips are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes.
