This easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna recipe is a delicious and convenient way to enjoy a classic comfort food. Layers of frozen ravioli, savory ground beef, and rich marinara sauce are slow-cooked to perfection, creating a hearty and satisfying meal with minimal effort.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Frozen ravioli (5 cheese) 25 oz. (do not thaw)
Ground beef 1 lb.
White onion (diced) 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp.
Dried leaf oregano 1/2 tsp.
Marinara sauce 24 oz.
Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz. (2 cups)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized non-stick skillet set to medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onion.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Cook until the meat is browned. Do not drain all the liquid; keep a few tablespoons to keep the meat moist.
  4. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  6. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  7. Add the entire ground beef mixture over the ravioli layer.
  8. Layer the remaining frozen ravioli over the ground beef.
  9. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  10. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  11. Place the lid on the slow cooker.
  12. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
