This Loaded Nacho Tater Tot Casserole is a delicious and fun twist on classic nachos. It’s perfect for a weeknight meal or a potluck gathering. Layers of seasoned ground beef, vegetables, and cheese are topped with crispy tater tots for a satisfying and flavorful dish.

| Frozen tater tots | 4 cups |

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned and softened. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
