| Crushed tomatoes | 1 12-ounce can | 
| Beef broth | 3 cups | 
| Chili powder | 3 tablespoons | 
| Ground cumin | 1 tablespoon | 
| Smoked paprika | 1 teaspoon | 
| Dried oregano | 1/2 teaspoon | 
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste) | 
| Kidney beans, drained and rinsed | 2 15-ounce cans | 
| Pinto beans, drained and rinsed | 1 15-ounce can | 
| Salt and pepper | To taste | 
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
 - Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat.
 - Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
 - Add chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
 - Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
 - Stir in kidney beans and pinto beans. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
 - Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
 - Serve hot with desired garnishes (e.g., shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro).
