“January Comfort”: Only 4 ingredients, and I whip it up whenever it’s freezing outside.
This Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Cheesy Potatoes recipe—sometimes called “Funeral Potatoes” or “Party Potatoes”—is the perfect low-effort side dish. Using a slow cooker keeps the potatoes creamy, warm, and ready to serve, while freeing up oven space for the rest of your meal.
