Ingredients:
For the Hamburger Steaks:

For the Onion and Mushroom Gravy:

| Onion, chopped | 1 | 
| Mushrooms, sliced | 2 cups |

Instructions:

Prepare the Hamburger Steaks: - Combine ground beef, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.

Cook the Patties: - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil if needed.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Remove patties and set aside, covered.

Make the Gravy: - Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened and browned.
- Whisk together gravy mix and water. Pour into skillet, stirring until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
 
- 
Combine and Serve: - Return patties to skillet, nestling them in the gravy.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Serve hot, topped with gravy.
