| Green Pepper, thinly sliced | 1 large | 
| Shaved Steak | 1/2 pound | 
| Worcestershire Sauce | 1 tablespoon | 
| Garlic Powder | 1/2 teaspoon | 
| Salt & Pepper | To taste | 
| Sweet Bread Buns | 1 pack (12 count) | 
| Provolone Cheese | 6 slices | 
| Melted Butter | 1 tablespoon | 
| Dried Thyme | 1 teaspoon | 
| Worcestershire Sauce | 1/2 teaspoon | 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Sauté vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 1 Add onions and green peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
 - Cook steak: Add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook, breaking apart the steak with two forks to prevent clumping, until no longer pink.
 - Assemble sliders: Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spread the steak mixture evenly over the bottom halves. Top with provolone cheese slices and then the top halves of the buns.
 - Make butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
 - Brush and bake: Brush the tops of the sliders generously with the butter mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
 - Serve: Remove from the oven and enjoy!
