These fluffy and flaky Crescent Cheese Danishes are a delightful treat that’s perfect for breakfast or dessert. The buttery crescent dough is filled with a creamy cream cheese filling and then drizzled with a sweet glaze.

Ingredients:

| Egg yolk | 1 |

| Granulated sugar | ½ cup | 
| Cream cheese, softened | 1 package (8 oz) | 
| For the Glaze | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 cup | 
| Milk | 1-2 tablespoons | 
| Vanilla extract | ½ teaspoon | 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
 - Make cream cheese filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Prepare crescent rolls: Open crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Fold corners to create diamond shapes.
 - Add filling: Place 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese filling into the center of each triangle.
 - Egg wash: Brush edges of crescent rolls with egg white.
 - Bake: Place filled crescent rolls on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese filling is set.
 - Make glaze: In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Glaze danishes: Drizzle glaze over cooled danishes.
