These delicious and easy-to-make crunch bars are a healthy and satisfying snack or dessert. They’re naturally gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and can be made sugar-free.

Ingredients:

| Crispy rice cereal | 3 cups | 
| Chocolate chips | 1 1/2 cups | 
| Peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter) | 1 cup | 
| Maple syrup | 1/2 cup | 
| Coconut oil (or grass-fed butter) | 1/4 cup | 
Instructions:
- Prepare baking dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
 - Combine cereal: Place the crispy rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
 - Melt chocolate mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until melted and whisk until smooth.
 - Combine ingredients: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix until well combined.
 - Pour into dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
 - Refrigerate: Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
 - Cut and serve: Remove from the fridge and cut into bars.
