Homemade bread

You’ve been asking for their recipe so much, so today I decided to share it with you! I have no doubt you’ll love it!

Recipe: – 300ml milk, – a tablespoon of yeast, – a medium spoon of sugar, – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (I used corn oil), – 600gr of flour, – a medium spoon of salt, – one egg white + one tablespoon of water, – mixed white and black sesame seeds (optional). Instructions: In a deep bowl, pour the milk, yeast and sugar and beat them well with a wire whisk. Then add the oil, flour and salt. Knead with your hands or with a dough robot. Grease the bowl a little with oil and place the dough there and cover it with a clean kitchen towel or a kitchen bag and let it stand at room temperature for 1 and a half to 2 hours. Then we take it and divide it into buns then we shape each one into balls and arrange them as they appear in the video on a greased baking sheet. We let them stand like that, covered, for another 30 minutes. In the meantime, we prepare the mixture for painting with egg white and a little water. We mix it well then we paint the buns on top. We put the buns to bake in a preheated oven at 230*C for about 25 minutes, always checking as ovens differ and not all bake the same. After we take them out, we let them cool down a little then we enjoy them hot! The taste is wonderful! Good luck!
