
Hearty Hamburger Potato Casserole
This hearty and comforting Hamburger Potato Casserole is a classic dish, perfect for family dinners or potlucks. Layers of creamy mushroom soup, savory ground beef, and cheesy potatoes come together for a satisfying, flavorful meal.

| Garlic powder | 1 tsp |
| Paprika | 1 tsp |

| Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
| Parsley | Fresh, chopped, for garnish |
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Ingredients
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Chop onion and shred cheddar cheese.
3. Brown Ground Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned and onion is softened.
- Drain any excess grease.
4. Prepare Casserole Layers
- In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes, beef, and cheese.
5. Pour Soup Mixture
- Evenly pour the prepared soup mixture over the layered casserole.
6. Bake
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60–70 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
7. Garnish & Serve
- Remove foil, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let cool a few minutes before serving.
