Ingredients:

| Ground turkey | 1 lb |
| Yellow onion, diced | 1 medium |
| Bell peppers, chopped | 3 |
| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Diced tomatoes, undrained | 1 can (14.5 oz) |
| Tomato sauce | 1 can (15 oz) |
| Beef broth | 2 cups |
| Cooked white rice | 1 cup |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Brown ground turkey, diced onion, and minced garlic in a skillet until turkey is cooked through and onions are translucent.
- Transfer turkey mixture to slow cooker.
- Add chopped bell peppers, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in cooked rice during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot.
