Ingredients
- Russet potatoes – 3 medium (about 1½ lbs), thinly sliced (⅛–¼ inch)
- Olive oil – 1½ tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Garlic powder – ½ tsp
- Paprika – ½ tsp
- Onion powder – ¼ tsp
- Optional garnish – parsley, Parmesan, or flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes – Wash, scrub, and slice evenly. Pat dry to remove moisture for extra crispiness.
- Season – Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
