Choco Protein Vegan Cake 🍰
Craving chocolate? This cake is what you need! 15g of protein per slice (the cake is 6 slices)

Ingredients:
• 60g maple syrup
• 2,5 scoops choco protein powder (75g)
• 170g plain Greek yogurt
• 30g cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 70g oat flour (blended oats)
• 55g choco chips
• 20-60ml almond milk or milk of choice

Recipe:
• preheat the oven to 350°f and line a baking loaf pan with parchment.
• in a bowl mix together Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Add all the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix. Pour in the milk of the batter too thick.
• add about 2/3 of chocolate chips into the batter and mix with the spatula.
• pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle with the rest of chocolate chips on top.
• bake for about 30mins. Then take it out, let it cool and slice. Enjoy!
