These quick and easy maple bars are a delicious, homemade treat that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack. They’re made with store-bought biscuits and fried until golden brown, then topped with a sweet and flavorful maple glaze.

Instructions:
- Heat the Oil: Heat the vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
 - Prepare the Biscuits: Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
 - Fry the Biscuits: Carefully drop the flattened biscuits into the hot oil, frying a few pieces at a time. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
 - Make the Maple Glaze: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, milk, corn syrup, and maple extract. Remove from heat and whisk in the confectioners’ sugar.
 - Glaze the Bars: Dip each fried biscuit into the warm maple glaze and let any excess drip off.
 - Serve and Enjoy: Let the glazed bars set for a few minutes before serving.
