Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Prepare vegetables: Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Thinly slice onions.
 - Layer vegetables: Arrange potato slices in a single layer on a baking tray. Top with onion slices.
 - Season vegetables: Combine salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle half of the mixture over the vegetables. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
