Ingredients:

| Butter, softened | 1 1/2 cups | 
| Sugar | 3 cups | 
| Eggs | 5 | 
| Vanilla Extract | 1 teaspoon | 
| Almond or Lemon Extract | 2 teaspoons | 
| All-purpose Flour | 3 cups | 
| Sprite, 7-Up, or Sierra Mist | 1 cup | 
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
 - Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla and almond or lemon extract.
 - Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add flour and 7 Up, alternating, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.
 - Pour into Pan: Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
 - Bake: Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
 - Cool and Serve: Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
