This classic banana pie is a delightful dessert with a creamy filling and a sweet, crumbly crust. The combination of ripe bananas, vanilla, and condensed milk creates a rich and flavorful taste.
Ingredients:

| For the Filling | |
| Ripe bananas | 10 |
| Lime juice | Juice of 2 limes |
| Whole eggs | 5 |
| Vanilla essence | 1 teaspoon |
| Condensed milk | 1.5 cans |
| Milk | 2 cups |
Instructions:
- Prepare the Bananas: Peel and slice 10 ripe bananas. Pour lime juice over them to prevent browning.
- Make the Crust and Crumble: Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in cold butter. Add egg and vanilla essence. Mix until crumbly.
- Prepare the Filling: Mix liquid ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Assemble the Pie: Press 2/3 of the crumbly mixture into a greased pie dish. Arrange banana slices over the crust. Pour the filling over the bananas. Sprinkle the remaining crumbly mixture on top.
- Bake the Pie: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until golden brown and set. Let cool completely before serving.
