This comforting casserole is a hearty and delicious meal that’s perfect for a cold winter day. It’s packed with flavor and easy to prepare. The combination of ground beef, vegetables, and creamy soup creates a satisfying dish that’s sure to please the whole family.

| Milk | 1/2 cup |

| Olive oil | 1 tablespoon | 
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Brown the beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
 - Sauté vegetables: Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent. Stir in carrots, celery, and frozen peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
 - Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked beef and vegetable mixture with cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Assemble casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
 - Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
 - Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
