| Red Bell Peppers | 2, seeded and chopped |
| Stewed Tomatoes | 2 (16 ounce) cans, with juice |
| Kidney Beans | 2 (15.5 ounce) cans, with liquid |
| Tomato Sauce | 1 (16 ounce) can |

| Chili Powder | 2 tablespoons |

Brown the Ground Beef (5 minutes):
- Heat a large Dutch oven over high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring constantly, until it is barely pink.

- Stir in the chopped onions and red bell peppers to the browned ground beef. Cook the mixture for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and the meat is fully browned.

Draining Excess Fat (optional):
- For a less greasy chili, drain the excess fat from the meat and vegetables using a large mesh strainer.

 -
Combining the Ingredients (optional):
- Transfer the browned meat and vegetables back into the Dutch oven.

 -
Adding the Canned Ingredients:
- Add the stewed tomatoes (with juice), kidney beans (with liquid), tomato sauce, and drained pineapple chunks to the pot.

 -
Seasoning the Chili:
- Season the chili with chili powder and salt to taste.

 -
Simmering to Perfection (10 minutes):
- Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer the chili, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until it reaches your desired consistency.

 -
Serve and Enjoy!
- Serve the Hawaiian-Style Chili hot with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
