Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl, tossing to coat.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the potatoes to the prepared dish, leaving any excess sauce in the bowl.
- Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and add it to the bowl with the remaining sauce. 8. In a small separate bowl, combine the cheese, bacon, and green onion.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, add the uncooked marinated chicken to the baking dish.
- Spread the cheese, bacon, and green onion mixture over the chicken.
