
Cheeseburger Egg Roll
These egg rolls are always a crowd-pleaser! My family loves them, and I realized it’s been too long since I last made a batch. Time to fix that! I’m especially excited to try them in the Air Fryer—perfect for my toddler who’s obsessed with cheesesteak.
Family Favorite Cheesesteak Egg Rolls
Ingredients

| Egg | 1 |
| Provolone cheese slices | Halved |
| Egg roll wrappers | As needed |

| Olive oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Cooking spray | For baking sheet |
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Sauté bell pepper and onion in olive oil until softened.
Step 2:
Add steak and seasoning. Cook over medium heat until steak is done.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Beat egg with a splash of water. Brush onto edges of egg roll wrappers.
Place steak mixture in the center, fold, and seal with more egg wash.
Step 4:
Arrange on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 5:
Serve hot with dipping sauce—mayonnaise mixed with horseradish is a perfect match.
