Vanilla Cream & Strawbarry Dessert

This soft chocolate cake is layered with smooth vanilla cream and fresh strawberries, creating the perfect balance between rich chocolate and fruity freshness. Finished with light whipped cream and a sweet touch on top, this dessert is ideal for family gatherings, special occasions, or simply to treat yourself.

Ingredients:

Strawberry Filling
300 g frozen strawberries
3 tbsp sugar
Add the ingredients to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens.
For the Sponge Cake
4 eggs
100 g sugar
A little vanilla paste
100 g flour
25 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 7–9 minutes.
For the Cream
1 packet vanilla cream (prepared according to package instructions)
70 g dark chocolate
30 g white chocolate
Stir the chocolate into the warm cream until melted and smooth.
