Ingredients
Dough
• 1 can (16 oz / 450 g) refrigerated pizza dough
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Cheese Filling
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
Garlic Butter Sauce
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Prepare the Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet with olive oil.
Make the Garlic Butter
Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
Stir in garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Shape the Cheese Bombs
Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Flatten each piece into a small circle.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of cheese filling to the center.
