Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients

| Shredded cheddar cheese | 1½ cups |
| Bisquick or self-rising flour | 1½ cups |
| Garlic powder (optional) | 1 tsp |
| Onion powder (optional) | ½ tsp |
| Black pepper | ¼ tsp |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in size, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
