3-Ingredient Holiday Ranch Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
Step 2: Make Ranch Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream and ranch seasoning until smooth and fully combined.
Step 3: Combine Potatoes and Ranch: Add the thawed hash browns to the bowl and gently fold until all pieces are coated in the ranch mixture. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing down lightly.
Step 4: Bake: Bake uncovered for 40–50 minutes, until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
