Ingredients:

| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 cups | 
| Cream cheese | 2 ounces | 
| Large eggs | 2 | 
| Grated Parmesan cheese | 1/4 cup | 
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add melted cheese mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add eggs and continue to mix, kneading with your hands if necessary.
 - Shape Buns: Divide dough into 6 equal parts and shape into round buns.
 - Bake: Place buns on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch.
 - Cool and Serve: Let buns cool slightly before serving.
